If we do not know the exact person you are looking for immediately, there is a strong chance that we know somebody who does. Many of our clients have become candidates and visa-versa so our network is far reaching and ever growing.

How we work

Our aim is simple - to assist you in attracting, engaging and retaining top talent. We offer contingency (success based), retained search and head hunting and can also facilitate sponsored advertising campaigns and networking events and we have a proven track-record in successfully delivering on RPO projects. Our focus is on permanent positions however we can also deliver solutions for fixed term contracts or temporary placements. We always monitor salary trends and can provide analysis on request as well as advice on skills testing and pre and post-employment Assessments.
