JCA Associates try to treat each client as if it is our only customer. In return we like to get a certain amount of commitment back as our focus is to build long term partnerships rather than just getting the deal done and moving on to the next. We understand that recruitment is not always at the top of your list of priorities but if you are not serious about getting the best talent then we are not the recruitment agency for you.

Services
Our recruitment services include contingency (success based), retained search + selection and head hunting. We can also facilitate sponsored advertising campaigns, networking events etc. The bulk of our placements are in permanent positions but we can also deliver solutions for fixed term contracts or temporary placements. On request we can also provide market analysis, salary benchmarking as well as Skills Testing and Pre-Employment Assessments.

How we work
Although we invest heavily in most forms of media advertising, the vast majority of our hires are made through our own network of connections and referrals. If we do not know the exact person you are looking for immediately, there is a strong chance that we know somebody who does! Many of our clients have become candidates and visa-versa so our network is far reaching and ever growing. We do our best to meet all our candidates where possible, but as a minimum standard all candidates are interviewed thoroughly before you receive the CV. References are also standard practice before you hire from us.

How do we attract the best talent?
Put simply, our reputation and knowledge of the market are second to none and we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver above and beyond our competitors.
