Preferred candidates will have previous experience with a European/International recruitment agency and ideally you will also be Western Educated. You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process with clients with a particular focus on UAE, KSA and the rest of the MENA region and will be joining a warm desk. We will also consider candidates with relevant B2B Consulting/Sales experience in the Middle East, providing that they demonstrate the nescessary atributes for the role.
We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as a proven track record of achievement, a strong network of buying contacts (“C Level” or Directors), within the Middle East and Far East. A solid industry background in IT, Engineering or Finance and fluent English (ideally as a first language), French/Arabic language skills are desirable.
