Our client is a leading BPM (Business Process Management) software provider, driving digital transformation for global enterprises. As they expand, they are hiring their first Senior Manager, Global Alliances & Partner Ecosystems to build this department from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s global partnership strategy and drive growth through strategic alliances, particularly with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
Role Overview:
As the first hire in the Global Alliances & Partner Ecosystems department, the Senior Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a strategy that will expand the company's market presence and revenue through partnerships. This role offers a chance to build the function from scratch and play a pivotal role in driving the company’s partnership-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the global alliances strategy, building a strong partner ecosystem from the ground up.
- Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), driving co-selling opportunities and integration of solutions.
- Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen the ecosystem and expand market reach.
- Work closely with internal teams to align partner initiatives with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
- Lead the creation and execution of joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.
- Track, evaluate, and refine partnership performance to ensure mutual success.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring strong, scalable, and beneficial collaborations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in software sales, with a focus on alliances and partner ecosystem development.
- Experience building and scaling a partner ecosystem or alliances function, particularly in an enterprise software context.
- Proven experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to expand market reach and drive revenue.
- Ability to take a strategic vision and execute hands-on to build the department from scratch.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Background in BPM, automation, cloud solutions, or SaaS-based enterprise software is highly desirable.
