Field Sales Engineer - KSA
One vacancy in Riyadh, and one in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers across the GCC Region.
- Implement and support our solutions at client sites.
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical client interactions.
- Participate in roadshows, events, and trade shows alongside the Sales Director – GCC.
- Deliver technical trainings on our solutions to partners and customers globally.
- Prepare and submit technical compliance documents in response to client or project requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, support, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with the Software Development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, solutions, and case studies.
- Gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies including RFID, IoT, Embedded Systems, AI, and Machine Learning.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Techno-Commercial role within the technology or software domain.
- Strong knowledge of access control, identity management, or similar solutions (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel as required for client support and events.
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a technical support or field engineering role.
