Channel Sales Manager - KSA
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), consultants, system integrators, and end-users within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and consistently deliver on the company’s financial objectives for the territory.
- Develop and execute clear and ethical business strategies aligned with company goals and maintain open communication with leadership.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customers, market opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
- Design and execute account growth plans for top customers in the Western Province and drive measurable results.
- Facilitate seamless engagement between customers and internal teams to enhance ease of doing business with us.
- Organize and lead product demonstrations, regional trade shows, and roadshows to showcase our solutions and add value to stakeholders.
- Take ownership of RFP responses and project submissions within the assigned territory.
- Provide strategic insights and feedback to business leaders to improve market strategies.
- Identify and address training needs for customers, consultants, and market stakeholders.
Experience Required
- A minimum of 7-10 years of proven sales experience in Physical Access Control and related fields.
- Strong network and relationship-building skills with channel partners, consultants, and end-users.
- Familiarity with the physical security landscape in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia is a plus.
