Business Development Representative
Our client – an innovative and fast-scaling Business Process Management (BPM) software vendor – is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their North American team in Boston.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns
- Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to build pipeline and set up high-quality meetings
- Understand client needs and articulate the value of BPM software in solving operational challenges
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales forecasting and campaign feedback
- Stay on top of industry trends and product updates to speak knowledgeably with prospects
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role (ideally within SaaS or enterprise software)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’re confident and persuasive
- Comfortable with outbound activity and eager to exceed goals
- Coachable, curious, and highly motivated to learn and grow
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo)
